Company «КупиСлона» INN 5402090099 provide legally capable individuals (hereinafter, Users) with the opportunity to use the functionality of websites, mobile applications, and other information technologies (hereinafter, Services) in accordance with the terms of the User Agreement for «КупиСлона” services (hereinafter, Agreement).

The Agreement applies to the use of any Service at any time, regardless of the presence of a direct link to the Agreement in the user documents of the relevant Service, including in cases where a link to the Agreement is posted in the Service interface.
The Agreement is an integral part of the user documents for the Services for the purposes of providing the functionality of each Service, but may be accepted even in the absence of a corresponding user document. The provisions of the Agreement take precedence over the provisions of the user documents in the event of a conflict.
By using any of the Services, its individual functionalities, including registering with the Services, confirming familiarization with the Service’s user documents and accepting them, the User is considered to have accepted the Agreement in full.
The Agreement establishes the rights and obligations of “КупиСлона” and the User in connection with the use of the Services, restrictions on the use of the Services or their individual functionalities, as well as other conditions for the provision of the Services.
The user documents and/or interface of the Service shall identify a specific company on the “КупиСлона” side that enters into legal relations with the User regarding the provision of the Service and, therefore, in this case, is a party to the Agreement.
Amendments to the Agreement are made by amending the text of the Agreement and are permitted without further notice to the User. The new version shall take effect upon its publication, unless otherwise provided in the relevant version of the Agreement.
If the User disagrees with the provisions of the Agreement or the user documents of the Service, the User shall not use the Service or individual functionalities of the Service.
If the Service requires registration (creating an account, personal account, etc.), registration and subsequent authorization can be performed either using the functionality of the“КупиСлона” Trading Platform website or mobile application, or without using this functionality.
If registration is carried out using the functionality of the “КупиСлона” Trading Platform, upon registration and subsequent authorization, the User also accepts the offer of the Trading Platform, posted at the following addresses on the Internet: https://kupislona-online.ru/.
If registration is carried out without using the functionality of the “КупиСлона” Trading Platform, the registration procedure and subsequent authorization are established by the user documents of the relevant Service.
The User is obligated to maintain the confidentiality of information used for registration and subsequent authorization (phone number, one-time message code, login, password, email address, etc.) and not to disclose such information to third parties. If this information is lost, restoring access to the Service may be impossible.
In any case, the identification of a particular person as a User of the relevant Service is carried out using the same data provided during registration. All actions performed by a person authorized using the information used during User registration (in whole or in part) are considered the actions of that User.
The functionality of each Service is defined separately, including in the interfaces and user documents for each Service. Functionality may be added, modified, or reduced with or without changes to the user documents for the Services.
The Service’s functionality may allow for the selection and/or modification of certain Service features. Provision of the Service through the User’s selection and/or modification of its features is considered the provision of the same Service and is governed by the provisions of the same user documents.
The functionality of the Service may be partially or completely unavailable until the User registers and/or authorizes in the relevant Service.
The functionality of the Service may be partially or completely unavailable depending on the use of individual functionalities of the Service, the location of the User, previous violations of the Agreement, other factors, and may also be partially or completely limited, including without explanation and without prior notice — in the event of a violation of the Agreement by the User or third parties.
Information in the Service, including reviews, information provided by the User, and information about the User, may be deleted by “КупиСлона” at any time without prior notice, including in the event of a violation of the rights of “КупиСлона” and/or third parties, the provisions of the laws of the region in which the Service is available to Users, other applicable laws (hereinafter referred to as the «Legislation»), and/or the Agreement. In such cases, “КупиСлона” may, at its discretion, take other measures besides deletion, including restricting access to information and other consequences stipulated by the Service’s user documents.
Registration, subsequent authorization, and use of the Service by Users are permitted solely within the limits of the User’s legal capacity as defined by law. If the User has not reached the age of legal capacity or is not considered legally competent due to other circumstances, these actions are carried out with the consent of their legal representatives. Registration and subsequent authorization may be partially or fully restricted until the information provided by the User, including information about the User, is clarified.
If the functionality of the Service provides for informing the User about events, changes, availability or unavailability of the Service, including messages about restrictions on access to the Service due to technical work, as well as information about new available functions of the Service, the implementation of such notification is an integral part of the functionality of the Service.
Provision of the Service’s functionality is possible solely within the framework established by the Agreement and the Service’s user documents, and in accordance with the said documents.
For the correct operation of the Service, the User’s device must meet the device requirements specified in the Service’s user documents, the Service interface, and/or the platform providing access to the Service.
When using the Service, the User undertakes to use its functionality in good faith and in accordance with its intended purpose, as defined by the Agreement, user documents, and the Service interfaces. When using the Service, the User is prohibited from:
perform actions to bypass restrictions on access to the Service and the functionality of the Service established by “КупиСлона” ;
perform actions that cause or may cause an unreasonably or disproportionately large load on the Service or otherwise disrupt the normal operation of the Service;
use third-party software and other technical means that negatively affect the operation of the Service;
bypass, disable or otherwise interrupt the operation of security features or functions of the Service that prevent/restrict the use of the functionality of the Service or copy their code;
study the technology, decompile, disassemble, decrypt or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of the Service;
copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works based on the Service code without the written permission of “КупиСлона” ;
use without the written permission of “КупиСлона” any computer programs, automatic algorithms or other methods aimed at collecting, transmitting, copying, blocking, modifying, destroying (including scripts, crawlers, other bots) any information posted on the Service, including information contained in User reviews on the Service;
carry out mass mailings of information to other Users of the Service or third parties if they have not expressed their consent to receive such mailings;
use the Service in a manner that violates the rights of third parties, as well as exploit any identified vulnerabilities in the operation of the Service to violate the rights of “КупиСлона” and/or third parties, as well as for other purposes that are contrary to the Agreement, the user documents of the Service, the Law, and the normal use of the Service;
reproduce, distribute or process elements of the Service that are subject to copyright, exclusive rights of “КупиСлона” or third parties, without the written permission of the relevant copyright holders;
impersonate other persons, including “КупиСлона” employees, without legal grounds, distribute false information, or otherwise mislead other Users and/or third parties regarding the functionality of any Service, the activities of or third “КупиСлона” parties.
use the Service in ways that are contrary to the Law, including for the purposes of unfair competition;
otherwise assist third parties in violating the Agreement and/or the user documents of the Service.
The User undertakes not to use the functionality of the Service to collect, create, publish, transmit, distribute, or store materials or other information, including comments, reviews, or other messages for publication, that:
include viruses, malicious files, or other computer codes, files or programs designed to disrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of the Service, information technologies and/or technical means, to enable unauthorized access to them;
contain serial numbers for commercial software products and programs for generating them, logins, passwords and other means for obtaining unauthorized access to third-party resources, as well as posting links to the above information;
restrict or block to another face ability to use the Service and the Service’s functionality
are compromising ( defaming honor and dignity or business reputation);
are offensive, vulgar, obscene;
contain extremist materials that contribute to the incitement of national, racial or religious hatred or enmity, hatred or enmity based on membership in any social group, or discrimination on any grounds, or promote these phenomena;
contain personal data of the User and/or third parties, or otherwise violate the privacy of third parties;
demonstrate or promote violence or cruelty to animals;
relate to any other information with restricted access or information prohibited from distribution in accordance with the Legislation;
otherwise violate the rights of other Users and/or third parties. The User undertakes not to use the functionality of the Service to collect, create, publish, transmit, distribute, or store materials or other information, including comments, reviews, or other messages for publication, that:
The User is solely responsible for the content (completeness, accuracy, and relevance) of the information posted by the User, including reviews on the Service, including for its compliance with the Law, violation of third-party rights, and disclosure of confidential information, including the personal data of the User or other persons. The User is obligated to compensate any losses incurred by any third parties entitled to such compensation as a result of posting information containing such violations.
The User guarantees that they have all necessary rights and/or have obtained all required permissions from copyright holders regarding the information published by the User. In the event of any claims from third parties related to the User’s posting of information on the Service, the User will resolve such claims independently and at their own expense.
To provide the Service and its individual functionalities,“КупиСлона” may process User data provided by the User, received from third parties, or created during the use of the Service and its individual functionalities. The specific scope of User data is determined based on the Service’s interfaces and user documents.
The User may unilaterally send requests, appeals, and other messages to “КупиСлона” using the contact information specified in the Service’s user documents or the Service’s functionality provided for this purpose.
The User understands and agrees that the User’s data and information contained in comments, reviews, and other messages posted on the Service are publicly available solely for the purpose of displaying reviews. By leaving a review, the User makes this information publicly available. This information is not intended for collection and distribution by third parties, except where such a purpose is expressly provided for in the Service’s user documents.
“КупиСлона” may unilaterally interact with the User in cases stipulated by the Agreement, the Service’s user documents, or the requirements of the Law.

The Services are provided on an «as is» basis. “КупиСлона” makes no warranties regarding the error-free or uninterrupted operation of the Service or any of its functionality, and assumes no liability for the Service’s suitability for the User’s purposes.
If the Service contains links to third-party websites on the Internet,“КупиСлона” is not responsible for any materials or information posted on such websites, nor for their availability or the consequences of their use by the User.
“КупиСлона” shall not be liable for any direct or indirect consequences of any use or inability to use the Service and/or any damage or lost profits caused to the User and/or third parties as a result of any use, non-use or inability to use the Service or its individual components and/or functions, including due to possible errors or malfunctions in the Service, except in cases provided for by law.
“КупиСлона” shall not be liable for any direct or indirect consequences, or for any damage or loss of profits caused to the User and/or third parties as a result of unauthorized access by any third parties to the User’s data due to the User’s breach of the obligations to maintain the confidentiality of said data.
In cases where the company on the “КупиСлона” side, entering into legal relations with the User regarding the provision of the Service, is a Russian legal entity, the Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation; issues not regulated by this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation; all possible disputes arising from relations governed by this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation, in accordance with the norms of Russian law.
If for any reason one or more provisions of this Agreement are found to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of the Agreement.
If the User or other Users violate the provisions of the Agreements, “КупиСлона” inaction does not deprive “КупиСлона” of the right to take appropriate action to protect its interests later, nor does it mean that“КупиСлона” has waived its rights in the event of similar or similar violations in the future.
